How we work
The Answers People Ask For On The Phone
We call back in about 25 minutes
Inside business hours. There is no after hours service, so a call that comes in late is answered the next working day.
Payment
Credit card, Venmo, cash, check and Zelle. The 35 dollar service call comes off the price when the work goes ahead.
Sectional doors
We work on doors built from panels, residential and commercial. We do not work on roll up or rolling steel doors.

What the door is doing
Does it not move at all, does it move a few inches and stop, is it crooked in the opening, or is it loud but working. Each one points at a different part.
What you can see
Look at the bar above the door. A two inch gap in the spring means it snapped. Slack cables hanging off the drums point the same way.
Where the door is
Your city and rough area, one door or two, and whether the opener is a chain, a belt or a wall mounted unit if you know.
With those three answers we can usually give you the price on the call, book a time, and arrive with the right part on the truck instead of quoting twice.
